HP Suing Mark Hurd — HP is suing Mark Hurd, the Wall Street Journal is reporting. We've only just seen the flash of the news on CNBC, and we don't see the story on the Journal's site. Our guess is that HP thinks Hurd violated some sort of non-compete by taking a job at Oracle, where he is co-President.
