Ever since I've moved in with her (~6months) my money has seemed to keep disappearing. I don't keep very good track of the money I keep in my wallet but I knew something was up when 2 or 300 dollars seemed to just disappear a day after taking it out of the bank.
I live with other housemates as well, but I was quite sure it was her. Yesterday 200 dollars went missing while I was in the shower and today I finally remembered to set up a camera and film my room.
I think she's taken close to 1000 Australian dollars, maybe even more.
Here are two pictures of it happening, this time she only took 50 dollars, I also marked the money so if I get her to show me her money ill be able to prove it was mine, (she is in her underwear and there is a cat)
Maybe I could afford a proper bed if she wasn't stealing from me :)
What should I do Reddit? Should I tell other people? The police? Her dad? Or just tell her that I know and make her pay me back and leave it at that? I live in Australia if that changes anything.
Also how do I trick her into telling me exactly how much she has taken, ill know she is lying if she says anything under 700$.
Oh and a month ago her mom was arrested for stealing 75,000$ from the company she works for, coincidence?
TL:DR Housemate has stolen over $700, caught stealing $50 on video, what should I do?

I was charged with rape and indescent assault. I gangbanged a girl with 3 other dude when we all had alcohol and the Judge believed that she was substantially intoxicated and could not give the consent. I was convicted and sent into the prison at the age of 20.
It was just the second night in the prison. While I was going to sleep, a group of inmates gathered around me. They said insulting words on me, call me rapist, torn down my trousers and pin me down in force. I struggled and shouted but could not help. Some inmates raped me and some surrounded and watched.
I was so hurt. I asked for doctor next day and he just cured me, without asking me what happened. The prison officials who took me to the doctor also had not asked a word.
In the following few nights, they came again. And about a week or two later, a tough and masculine inmate said to me that I was his "wife" and he had absolute authority over me. He and other inmates called me whore and in feminine pronoun, gave me a girl name, and forced me to act feminine and do the "wife" things. In the first few weeks I struggle and fought back, but they beat me and hurt me. I began to learn the lesson and after a few months I stopped struggle.
I was imprisoned for nearly 7 years. In the said period I mainly served my "husband", but he ocassionaly requested me to serve other inmates, mainly as an trading for some benefit for him. My first husband used me for nearly 4 years and passed to the second one, who passed me to the third one after using me for 2 years.
I am "lucky" not having infected any HIV in the prison. But the thing clearly had a long-lasting effect on me. Now I am already 2 years out of prison, I am still visiting psychiatrist regularly. I am encouraged to voice out but I feel shame to do so. I lose my manhood and feel that I am no longer a man.
I don't know whether the charge sheet can serve as proof. http://i.imgur.com/SLRDJ.png
I have posted this IAMA and for no reason the said post was deleted. I was asked by some to re-post.
